BRENT PERRY

President

Brent spent 15 years in the flooring business servicing national builders before he decided to start his own company. He founded Atlantic Floors in 2004 with a vision to ignite the flooring business to a new level, offering personalized service with high quality products and installation. Brent continues his role as President, overseeing all aspects of the day-to day business and works closely with his small staff, which includes his wife, while raising their three boys in Fairfax.

JEANETTE CAVE

Operations & Business Development

Jeanette is the Director of Operations and has been with Atlantic Floors since 2005. Jeanette has been Brent’s right hand in all areas of scheduling, ordering, overseeing job sites, communication and much more. She is a cancer survivor, avid runner and single mother to three amazing kids, with the last one almost through high school.

KIM PERRY

Office Manager

Kim has been the Office Manager for Atlantic since 2014 and married to Brent for over 25 years. She oversees Accounts Payable/Receivables and daily operations of the office. Raising three boys in the Fairfax area has been challenging at times, but with two through college & living on their own, they have made it work. The last one is almost finished with college and then Kim & Brent will be true Empty Nesters!
